thoughts from me at 4 am

your higher self is always with you

---

sometimes you really can be pure, it is possible to be good

i don’t always have to balance the good with negativity, it keeps me expecting the worst

we’re put in this human body to experience. Unfortunately, we’ve created a world that makes experience virtually impossible. every system upheld by the government (every government, because let’s be honest, if you weren’t one in the same, why would you be having meetings, making agreements, sharing bloodlines, secrets and money?) was designed to create limitation. we slave the entirety of our human experience to fake debt, fake politics, fake news, and fake people (figuratively and literally:  see 2020 celebrity-driven bbl craze). our idea of reality is so clouded. we have no idea the dystopia we’ve created around us. we keep referencing the ‘apocalypse’ as if it’s in the future. look around you. no one can think for themselves. everyone is convinced we are powerless, giving complete control to people who are very obviously against our wellbeing and have been for centuries. we allow whatever the next person says because we have no sense of grounding. attached to nothing. how will a plant grow with no roots?

our connection to source, our ability to tap into consciousness, it’s our greatest gift. so simple, so still. so much divine power right inside of our being. convincing us that we were separate from divinity is how they took our power. my people have such an original connection nature. you can see it through our rhythm, our skin, the way it captures the light of the sun, and our hair mimics the bushes and trees.

look at the beauty that connection has created. our culture, our love, our creativity. it can only be explained by divinity. don’t be afraid to call yourself what you are. i think that’s what makes me the angriest about religion. it creates a false hierarchy that makes our Source seem so unreachable. this false understanding of ‘God’ in modernized religion paints the picture as a big man in the sky who will send you to everlasting torture in a pit of flames  if you are gay, have sex before marriage, commit adultery, lie, steal, covet, etc, but all you have to do is believe he’s real and take a piece of bread and grape juice from this man who sins more than you do and he’ll forgive you for all of those things and you’ll live forever after his human son with blonde hair and blue eyes comes back to save you. by creating such a mockery, the idea of ourselves, our Source, morality, and order have been completely eradicated.

people are purposely defying any sense of order because of how it’s been defined by religion. i understand why people turn to atheism, or say they’re __ but don’t actually practice. it’s extremely difficult to believe in that connection when you’re being plugged into so many other seemingly more tangible distractions. when you see the chaos around you, and you believe in how society teaches religion/God, you become angry. How could this almighty being allow such chaos? you fail to see that you are allowed to live in what you create because you have been taught divinity as if you were an outsider. is God allowing chaos or are you?

if you don’t like it, change it. we truly do have the power to create our reality. i’ve seen so many memes lately about how ‘God created this huge planet with everything we needed and we decided to give each other parking tickets’ and I always laugh because it’s true, but also because I know people are going to keep doing so and paying these made up tickets. humans are really hilarious in the saddest way when you think about it. incredible, but completely oblivious to the immensity of that power. so unaware that we give it away to other people who have the exact same (and honestly probably less) than we do.
